About the Program

C-Quest is a district-wide enrichment program in the Connetquot Central School District dedicated to enhancing the educational experience of students in grades four and five, in our seven elementary schools.  The program currently services the needs of approximately 120 children and is based in the E.J. Bosti Elementary School.

Who are we?
Students in C-Quest represent the top performing students in our fourth and fifth grade populations.  C-Quest students come from each of the district's seven elementary schools, represent the spectrum in terms of social and economic backgrounds and possess varied and diverse individual talents.

History and future of the program?
Implemented more than 25 years ago as the Gifted and Talented Program, the program's mission was to provide an enrichment experience to students identified as possessing exceptional abilities in multiple skills areas.

Today, C-Quest continues the mission of providing an enrichment experience to students in fourth and fifth grades.  C-Quest seeks to meet the requirement to provide additional academic challenge for those students possessing exceptional abilities in multiple skills areas.
